Stadium Redevelopment, Manchester

Since 2023, John Sisk has been delivering a major North Stand expansion, adding 6,000 seats and increasing the stadium’s capacity to 61,000 — making it one of the UK’s largest club grounds.

The £300m scheme also includes a 401-room hotel, sky bar, offices, retail space, museum, and a covered fan park, creating a year-round destination for the city.

We’re proud to support the project as part of the delivery team, providing high-quality dry lining, wall construction, taping and jointing, ceilings, and insulation.
